See what dishonest companies are saying about My Little Mole.

Spammer: You are warning users about our company but we are not spammers. If you let us know the email address you are receiving email at, we will be glad to remove it from our list.

A: You miss the point. Removing our email does not change the fact you are a spammer. You still spam thousands or millions of other people who also do not want your spam and never gave you permission to use their private email addresses. If you want to be removed from our spammer blacklist, you will need to become an honest company and obey the legitimate mailer rules. Until then, you are a spammer and you will remain on our black list.

Spammer: Why did you pick my website to be blacklisted?

A: We have not picked any company or website to add to the blocked list. Every blacklisted website has volunteered to be listed by sending us spam or otherwise violating the MLMROTI.

Spammer: You must remove us from your blacklist. We only send emails to our customers.

A: No, we must not. Just because someone purchased from your company once does not give you any rights to use their personal email address forever. Your customers do not owe you anything. You owe your customers an apology for abusing their email address for your own commercial purposes and you owe your customers compensation for unauthorized use of their mail and computer services.

Spammer: How dare you block our website...!!!!

A: We do not block individual websites, we identify known fraudulent sites and suspicious looking websites using advanced analysis tools. This program does not block any website, it only provides information about the appearance of the website based on various criteria.

False claims made by dishonest spammers

"We didnt know it was spamming" That is a lie. If you have enough experience with the interent to post a website, you know what spamming is. Besides, where did you get the email addresses from if you are not an experienced spammer or you did not seek out a company that is a known spammer?

"It was all a mistake.." No, you intentionally sent thousands of people a message designed to line your pockets at their expense.
You knew you would not have to pay for the delivery of a single message but the end user would.

Ignorance is no excuse. Everyone knows spam is illegal and morally wrong. Anyone that claims 'I thought it was OK just this once ' or 'I received an email offering to advertise my site to people by email so I thought it was legal' has no defense for their actions. There is no excuse, no defense, no justification for advertising by spam. Everyone on the internet knows what it is and everyone knows it is illegal and wrong. Anyone that uses this method to advertise is a criminal. If they were not criminals before sending spam, they are after sending it or after hiring someone to send it for them because the act of sending spam is itself a crime.

Spammer: How do we advertise if we do not use illegal spam?

A: You advertise the way everyone else does, legally. Direct mail, ad banners, whatever fits your business model.

Spammer: "But I only did it once"

A: That is no excuse, spam is spam. It is like saying "Why am I going to jail, I only robbed a bank once". If you sent spam, even if it was one message to one person, it is a crime.

Spammer: We could not have sent email to your email address.

A: You did and you used an address that is exclusively used for domain registration and is only available through whois which proves you have experience sending spam. Any spammer website who sends email to an email address stolen from whois will never be removed from our blacklist.

We have registered various domain names using special email addresses that are not used for any other purpose. We know when a spammer sweeps whois registration information.

Any spammer website that sends email to a faked email username at a real domain attempting to reach 'someone' will never be removed from our blacklist. We have almost one hundred domains and when a spammer sends mail to bob@ and there is no bob here and never has been, we know the spammer is making up fake addresses.
